Thunderbird is the free Desktop mail client from Mozilla. This is the alternative to Microsoft outlook. This is easy setup of gmail in desktop email apps. You will use online and offline mail in this apps. We are configuring of thunderbird in our computer then check setup…

1^st open Gmail account in google apps account. Then click setting and go to Forwarding and POP/IMAP then ENABLE IMAP check image

After that download thunderbird and install on computer. Then go to tool then account setting.   Check image

After that go to Account Action Then Drop Down and select add mail account.  Check image

Then add your name and Add Email ID and password and Next

Then Thunderbird are automatically configure all setting then they will find the Gmail setting are automatically and configure all setting. You will check image

If you configure manual then use this setting:-

 Now go to manual setting check snapshot

  

Then you will configure smtp setting

Then add again your account name and user name and email Id there are show in snapshot

Then after that read all message check this snapshot
